asterisk users - Sep 2004 - Stanaphone DID : user not available

I have taken a DID from Stanaphone . Stanaphone is successfully
registered and I have the appropiate extensions in place. But whenever
I try to call the Stanaphone number from outside it says user offline
and goes to voicemail. Registration is successful . Do you ahve any
hints ?

 Any help is highly appreciated.
