asterisk users - Sep 2004 - Speex config

Can some people test that..

Quality 3, Complexity 4
Quality 2, Complexity 3 

Those two settings are great.. its g729 like... also try libspeex 1.0.4 with
--enable-sse

Brian,

	Sounds great with 3,4 (X-Lite client).  I have enabled Speex again! 
Let me know if you need me to do anything else.

P.S. - Nice job with track three res_config at Astricon with _twisted!

	I am now getting

Sep 28 23:43:49 WARNING[442382]: codec_speex.c:193 speextolin_framein: 
Out of buffer space

on the * console (about 5/ second).  Additionally, there are REALLY bad 
audio breakups.  This occurs to anything but voicemail.  I reversed the 
patch and it all went away.
