asterisk users - Sep 2004 - Zap: busydetect & busycount

Is there a way to enable busydetect only for inbound calls?

Or to change the busycount setting with asterisk already running?

PS: For analog lines, using X100P.

1) No and I cannot imagine any reason that this would be useful. 
Busydetect is ONLY for outgoing calls.
