asterisk users - Sep 2004 - MeetMe - waiting for marked user

Anyone have success with this option? Trying to use it in the following
scenario:

4 different managers call into the conference and all 4 hear music waiting
for the Exec to login

Exec calls into conference and all 5 people can hear eachother and talk to
eachother.

Exec has the ability to immediatly kick/mute/unmute any/all of the other
managers.

I have been unable to "mark" the exec. I would be interested to see
any
extensions.conf files relating to MeetMe to help me get a better grasp of
this.
