No, cause chan_capi uses isdn-cards in TE mode.
You will need a card in NT mode to connect a isdn-phone to.
Therefor you need a isdn-card based on HFC chipset.
See the wiki for details on zap(channels) and (zap)hfc.
Also have a look at www.pbx4linux.de to get some basics.>
