Been trying to set up a call queue with agent call back without the need for the agent to have to log in. Have set up the queue sucessfully. However I want to remove the requirement for agents to have to log in as they are on static extensions. Is there a way of either using extentions in the queue.conf instead of agents? Or an automatic way of logging in the agent to the callbackloging function? Have come up on a dead end reading up and would appreicate any help.. Andrew Brown
