Does anyone do any large scale SIP to H323 conversion? How many simultaneous calls can your server handle and on what hardware? What solution provides a higher number of simultaneous calls? I found this http://www.mera-voip.com/voip/sip-hit.php. They claim 150 with a dedicated server and relatively modest hardware.
