[Asterisk-Users] Sound files - uncompressed versions available?
Hi, When listening to GSM-compressed voice prompts from either G.729 or iLBC codec, the sound quality is distinctly sub-optimal due to the use of multiple transcoding. Are the standard Asterisk sound files available in uncompressed format? - I have no problems with disk-space... PS Am aware that John Todd makes his extras available in uncompressed format: http://www.loligo.com/asterisk/sounds/AIF/ Thanks a lot, Fran.
