asterisk users - Jul 2004 - Help! Unable to create channel of type SIP.

I have a SIP phone that can make calls  but can't recieve calls. Can anyone
suggest why?
 
sip show peers:

Your phone isn't registered.  Ie Host (Unspecified) so it has no idea where
to send the call.  Set your phone to register and then asterisk can find it.
