asterisk users - Jul 2004 - astcc database configuration

Hi to all,
I successfully installed the astcc module but I can't connect to the 
database.
I use for settings the ip address of my asterisk box, the user name mysql.
When I tryed to create the database I received an internal error, then I 
manually created the database but now it does not connect.
Someone can help me ?
