I'm having a problem with one of our newly built call processors. I'm using the stable branch of the asterisk code with a single TE405P on a P4 3.2ghz running kernel 2.6.6 with Hyperthreading and APIC enabled. The machine has 1GB of RAM and HIMEM is enabled in the kernel. Calls terminate properly and everything seems to work okay, but the system died after only being up one day with the following being the last thing logged in syslog: May 27 18:29:49 cp1 kernel: Tried to load 00000275 into 0000000a, but got ffffffff instead May 27 18:29:49 cp1 kernel: Tried to load 00008675 into 0000000a, but got ffffffff instead May 27 18:29:49 cp1 kernel: Tried to load 00000000 into 0000000a, but got ffffffff instead May 27 18:29:49 cp1 kernel: Tried to load 00000276 into 0000000a, but got ffffffff instead May 27 18:29:49 cp1 kernel: Tried to load 00008676 into 0000000a, but got ffffffff instead May 27 18:29:49 cp1 kernel: Tried to load 00000000 into 0000000a, but got ffffffff instead May 27 18:29:49 cp1 kernel: Tried to load 00000277 into 0000000a, but got ffffffff instead May 27 18:29:49 cp1 kernel: Tried to load 00008677 into 0000000a, but got ffffffff instead May 27 18:29:49 cp1 kernel: Tried to load 00000000 into 0000000a, but got ffffffff instead May 27 18:29:49 cp1 kernel: Tried to load 00000278 into 0000000a, but got ffffffff instead May 27 18:29:49 cp1 kernel: Tried to load 00008678 into 0000000a, but got ffffffff instead May 27 18:29:49 cp1 kernel: Tried to load 00000000 into 0000000a, but got ffffffff instead May 27 18:29:49 cp1 kernel: Tried to load 00000279 into 0000000a, but got ffffffff instead May 27 18:29:49 cp1 kernel: Tried to load 00008679 into 0000000a, but got ffffffff instead May 27 18:29:49 cp1 kernel: Tried to load 00000000 into 0000000a, but got ffffffff instead May 27 18:29:49 cp1 kernel: Tried to load 0000027a into 0000000a, but got ffffffff instead May 27 18:29:49 cp1 kernel: Tried to load 0000867a into 0000000a, but got ffffffff instead May 27 18:29:49 cp1 kernel: Tried to load 00000000 into 0000000a, but got ffffffff instead May 27 18:29:49 cp1 kernel: Tried to load 0000027b into 0000000a, but got ffffffff instead May 27 18:29:49 cp1 kernel: Tried to load 0000867b into 0000000a, but got ffffffff instead May 27 18:29:49 cp1 kernel: Tried to load 00000000 into 0000000a, but got ffffffff instead I'm going to run some memory tests, but does anyone have any input on what might be causing that? I did a google on the error structure and didn't get any significant hits. Here is the proc/pci for the te405p: Bus 3, device 1, function 0: Communication controller: PCI device 10ee:0314 (Xilinx Corporation) (rev 1). IRQ 17. Master Capable. Latency=32.
