asterisk users - Apr 2004 - TDM400 FXO Disconnect problem?

I seem to be having a problem with the new FXO module detecting a remote
disconnect. It works on the same line using the X100 card and a Cisco FXO
but not the TDM400 FXO.  Anyone else seen this?  Just wanted to check before
I post a bug to Digium.

Yes, just got the new card installed and was testing. Seen the exact
same problem here 10 minutes ago.
