asterisk users - Apr 2004 - No read routine on channel AsyncGoto/Zap/1-1<ZOMBIE>

I saw the error: No read routine on channel AsyncGoto/Zap/1-1<ZOMBIE> in
my log today.  Despite googling, I have no idea what this error relates
to.  Could someone please help me.
