asterisk users - Apr 2004 - Cisco 12SP+/30VIP phone support on Asterisk

I am looking for using the Cisco 12SP+/30 VIP IP phones on Asterisk,
has anyone tried and be willing to share the configuration or give me
pointers to make it work.
