asterisk users - Jan 2004 - log incoming and outgoing call

Hi, I would like to log incoming and outgoing call in the file master.csv. I
have to do something in the extension or in the conf file because at the moment
* does not log nothing

It should automatically log all calls.. AFAIK there is no config for the 
CSV CDR.
