asterisk users - Oct 2003 - Call Error

When I try to make a call, I have this error:

In extension.conf I have written :
exten => 06302,1,Dial,OH323/06302|20|tT

Would you like to see what is causing your sound card to not be
available.

Try 
lsof /dev/dsp

If you see anything other than asterisk, it will be your problem.
