Hi everyone, Like I said in the original email, I am not much of a C programmer. The patch I gave out, fails when there are agents actually logged in to receive calls. Thread problems :( So if there are any programmers that can take my patch and make it right, I would love it. It is exactly what I need for now. Thank you, John
