hi! Is it possible to use call queues if agent is not always online (can be loged in always)? Can asterisk (queue) call agent when is not busy (like.Dial,SIP/agent1)? or at least can agent decide when to pickup line (now is only one beep and then MUST speak with caller) ? The problem is that agent is logged in but is not ready to answer line (maybe it needs to take a deep breath or drink a zip of coffe) he needs a second or two to accept caller. tnx, Thomas
