Do you have a dial panel ? If not you need to do this:
"Then also add the registry hack required to get the dial panel up.
It's
something like
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MessengerService\Corp2PC_Phone
and should be set to 1"
If that doesn't work than send your sip.conf and extensions.conf
