asterisk users - Apr 2003 - Outgoing SIP Registration Fixed

I believe I have repaired the SIP registration code for outbound SIP
registrations (e.g. FWD).

I would appreciate feedback from people on this.  If you cvs update,
please be sure to "make clean ; make install"

I plan on releasing Asterisk 0.4.0 by the end of this week, so if you have
any SIP or other issues you feel need to be addressed by then, please try
to find me on IRC or via e-mail before then.  Sometimes you have to try me
more than once, but if you have a bug (especially in SIP or ZAP or IAX2)
please try to contact me.

Hi Mark,

My box ran all night with registering to FWD and Packet8.  The latter
registers every 30 secs (!) so that's a lot of them.

No visible issues, definitely none of the previous seg faults

I think we should review callerid/sip interaction.  I need to do some
specific experiments but the current impression is that "suprising things
happen".

First I would like to say:
THANK YOU for your hard work on the * project.  Over time, it only will get
better!

Here is some feedback.
I recently did a CVS update.  The * process is no longer crashing after a
few hours! Yeah!

But now *, seems to be hung up after a few hours.  It no longer responds to
certain commands.  SIP devices are no longer communicating with *, even
though they are listed in the "sip show peers" command.

As you can see, nothing happens, when issuing the commands.  I have to kill
the process and restart * to get things working again.
