Adduser devel - Jul 2008 - Release before Lenny-Freeze?

Hi

I think we should do a release based on the latest subversion release. An
updated manpage is there and I also just committed the fixed spanish
translation.

I will try to do an upload tomorrow.  I am travelling to debconf right
now, but should arrive tomorrow morning early.  Translation and doc
updates should be no problem to get in.
