Is the INSTALL file missing from the Windows distribution of 1.1.1? I've
scoured my src/gnuwin32 directory, re-downloaded all the files (especially
the RW1011sp.zip), examined the contents of each zip file, installed and
reinstalled the source, and there is no file called INSTALL.
Where else should I look?
