CentOS docs - Sep 2009 - Add link to zh-tw in FrontPage

Dear Ralph,

On FrontPage, can you please add a link to "zh-tw" with the label 
"Traditional Chinese" (or ????), and rename the "zh" link to
"Simplified Chinese" (or ????).
