Sorry if this has been covered before. Trying to install Windows 2003 sp2 x64 on build94 and build95. Get an error early almost identical to the attached screen shot. Can''t partition or format the zvol. However, if I install to and image file, no problems. The only reference I found to this error message was for VMware in the following threads: http://communities.vmware.com/thread/118072 http://communities.vmware.com/thread/147153 Has anyone seen this? Know the resolution? Thanks! emike

The install was initiated from virt-manager. First: zfs create -V 10g rpool/win01 Then, used virt-manager, hvm install, selected zvol "win01", Windows/2003 os varient. emike Mark Johnson wrote:> > > E.
