I''ve modified grub entry  ../unix -k -B ...  to load SNV HVM and made
a screen shot of panic screen.

SNV79b HVM install started without any issues at Ubuntu 8.04 Desktop Xen 3.2
Dom0 (amd64) . Same profile, what caused problem described above
to SNV87 HVM:-

HVM SNV79b DomU runs in 64-bit mode with no issues.

Just now HVM SNV85 DomU started deployment phase with no
problems at Ubuntu 8.04 Desktop Xen 3.2 Dom0 (amd64).
Sorry, i don''t have SNV86 DVD.
