Same schema works for Ubuntu 8.04 Desktop (amd64) even
more smoothly then for Server. 
However, attempt to create HVM SNV87 DomU failed (Windows
is running in HVM DomU ).
Notice, that HVM SNV87 DomU works fine at Xen 3.2.1 CentOS DomU (64-bit)

So you found a case that does work on the Ubuntu 8.04 Desktop... What was the
problem that it had with the HVM SNV87 DomU?

I saw a stack trace and SNV87 HVM DomU reboots pretty  quickly to grub menu 
again. I''ll try one more time to start DomU with "kmdb".
Actually, i need Sun Support on this case to provide a valid feedback.

I was able to start SNV87 PVM install at Ubuntu 8.04 Desktop Xen 3.2 Dom0
(amd64) with "pygrub" profile:-

F8 HVM install also with no problems.

Sorry, it was my mistake.
Pygrub works for SNV87 DomU installs at both Ubuntu 8.04 Xen 3.2 Server and
Desktop (64-bit).
Patching kernel per HIRANO Takahito  :-
sudo dpkg -i linux-headers-2.6.24-16-xen_2.6.24-16.30zng1_amd64.deb \
linux-image-2.6.24-16-xen_2.6.24-16.30zng1_amd64.deb
should be important for networking.
