Hi again,

in the man page for xen at 

http://www.opensolaris.org/os/community/xen/docs/xen.5.pdf

it reads:

"On a host CPU with the correct virtualization support, Xen
supports fully virtualized domains. [b]Even in the absence of
such a CPU, a QEMU-based environment, running in domain 0,
provides physical device emulation for a fully virtualized
guest domain.[/b]"

I''m wondering what this means - can you explain it?

It''s oddly worded, but it''s just trying to say that the VT
extensions are used
in concert with the qemu device emulation code to provide a
''full'' machine
environment for the guest domain (that is, you can''t use just one of
them and
expect things to work!)
