Xen devel - Feb 2009 - [PATCH][XSM][FLASK] basic documentation and a type cast error for x86_64

This time with a subject line.....

Attached is a simple patch to XSM:FLASK.  The patch provides:
    - A simple txt howto based on previous list discussions and observations
    - A oneliner patch to address a compiler type cast error for x86_64
        (this issue has been hanging around for sometime)
