Can you ping Dom0 from DomU ? Can you ping DNS Server of your ISP from DomU ? 1. If no - verify vif entry to match "brctl show" at Dom0. It looks like problem with your DomU profile. 2. If yes. It''s most probably checksum offloading failure .
