Yeah, this one should be worked around now, by disable PCI MSI IRQs. The
underlying problem is that locking in that area of code is shot, and we
detect that now that our locking constraints are tightened and we explicitly
check for good behaviour in debug builds of Xen. Anyway, you should be able
to boot as of changeset 18726.
