(1) the source code of swfdec was developed under linux evironment with C.
(2) it's dependent on several other libs like glib/cairo, which are open
sourced. If you want to port swfdec to wince, you also need to port these
libs.
(3) yes, swfdec can be ported to wince with some effort, and the core part
is quite portable.
