I'm new to LINUX (Suse 10.1) OCFS2 and wondered where a good source for
troubleshooting issues could be found. We had some problems last
week
and it was stated one of the nodes had dropped from the cluster and
could not rejoin causing directories that are NFS exported to other
nodes in the cluster not to mount correctly. I looked through the
/var/log/messages log and didn't see any ocfs2 messages other than
node
joined domain and file systems mounted.
Mounted.ocfs2 indicated all (9) directories were mounted on all
cluster
members. Fsck.ocfs2 stated file system was clean,
And /etc/init.d/o2cb status indicated all was well with the cluster.
What other logs or tools are available to find problems.
Thank You

We will be soon releasing the details in ocfs2 1.4's user's guide. Make sure you are running the latest sles10 sp1 kernel. http://oss.oracle.com/pipermail/ocfs2-announce/2008-July/000026.html Marshall, Richard wrote:> > I'm new to LINUX (Suse 10.1) OCFS2 and wondered where a good source for > > troubleshooting issues could be found.
