[Ocfs-users] Error in messages: ocfsmain.c, 1471 retval=-22
We are testing a 2-node RAC on SuSE SLES 8, Version 8.1, Patchlevel 3 (32bit) with the following specs: Kernel: 2.4.21-251-smp ocfs-2.4.21-251-smp-1.0.13-1 ocfs-support-1.0.10-1 ocfs-tools-1.0.10-1 We are using a firewire Harddisk (HDS72251) for OCFS. Out of nowhere, both nodes rebooted and on one node, we got these errors in /var/log/messages: Sep 3 13:21:22 hostA kernel: (2383) ERROR: inode=0xc51bba00, ret=-22, Linux/ocfsmain.c, 1471 Sep 3 13:21:22 hostA kernel: (2400) ERROR: inode=0xc51bba00, ret=-22, Linux/ocfsmain.c, 1471 After these errors, it seems that the sysaux tablespace has corruptions. We are testing the harddisk for errors in the next step. This is a test-system. We can just rebuild the database from scratch. However, we would like to know whether this is an OCFS issue?
