Summary: Inconsistent naming for Check Tool / Toggle Tool

Initial Comment:

A "Check Tool" can be added to a ToolBar with :
- add_tool or add_item methods with the Wx::ITEM_CHECK as the item kind
- or via the dedicated method add_check_tool

Unfortunately, the method for checking/unchecking such a tool is called
ToolBar#toggle_tool !
Also, in ToolBarTool, other methods use the term toggle like can_be_toggled and
is_toggled.

This is quite inconsistent and confusing ...
I''d really like to use a consistent terminology.

=> Always use Toggle or Check
=> or provide aliases.
