How can i make my linux work like a web server? I have an ubuntu linux pc, and
im wondering if it is possible to use it as a web server, to make, and host my
own website, if so, where do i start, and what do i need?

Though, this has nothing to do with Wine. Ask on www.ubuntuforums.org.

I assume you receive a response for this...

apache httpd topic...

you need a dns if you want tto host your site at home or a service to 
host it on your provider host...
