wine users - Apr 2009 - DVD Decrypter With LInux Mint does not work with wine

hi, I am trying to get my DVD decrypter to work and it keeps saying "NO
DEVICES DETECTED" I have the 3.5.4.0 ver of DVD decrypter

what is up [Question] 

I have Linux Mint Felicia
Kernel:2.6.27-7 Generic
GNome 2.24.1

Hardware:
Memory 2gb
CPU:3gb pentium
Maxtor Hard drive: 80gb
Nvidia 6200 AGP

Set windows version to NT 4.0.
