R help - Dec 2025 - Can't seem to unsubscribe

I've been having trouble unsubscribing from r-help-request. I don't know
my
password, and I'm not sure which of my email addresses I used to enroll.
Could have been sregorra at gmail.com or rogers at anthro.utah.edu. The latter
address is only an alias now. If I send email from my university address,
the return address will be u0028949 at utah.edu. So perhaps that is the
problem. Email sent to rogers at anthro reaches me, but there is no way for me
to send mail from that address.

What should I do?

If you visit this page:  https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/options/r-help 
you can ask for a password reminder to be mailed to you.  If it doesn't 
show up, try the other email address.

Then there's an unsubscribe button on that page to unsubscribe yourself.
