Hi,

There should be an empty line between 'Subject' and mail body, otherwise
mail body won't be included.

An alternative script using deliver would be:

cat << EOF | /usr/local/libexec/dovecot/deliver -d $USER -c 
/usr/local/etc/dovecot-nowarning.conf
From: postmaster at domain.com
Subject: quota warning
Your mailbox is now $PERCENT% full.
