Eh, I appreciate your feedback Roger, but don''t mess with by brain

The RC1 checkbox is teh dreaded RUBYOPT environment variable, which I
changed from default on to off, since was generating issues with other
implementations and even the installation of rubygems itself.
The MinGW is a work in progress, don''t expect too much similarities
between the two, and don''t expect the installer itself will be in the
same way like it is now.
There is no environment variable change in MinGW version since I
believe is not production quality and right now I''m not taking
responsibility for it :-D
(actually I am, but don''t tell anyone). ;-)
There is plan to put that as user level or system level, but not right
now. I believe will be better get the platform working that worring
about the PATH right now.
