samba - Mar 2023 - Samba "make" problem

Hello everybody.
I'm trying to build Samba binaries on my AIX 7.2 box.
No problems with "configure" but I have the following error during
"make"
step :
>make
        PYTHONHASHSEED=1 WAF_MAKE=1  ./buildtools/bin/waf build

I've CC'ed Ralph who might know more about this area as this is his
work.
It might be due to differences in rpcgen between systems.
The first line in that file
typedef opaque utf8string<>;
Looks "interesting", but I don't know the file format.
