Mapstraction - Jul 2008 - New Mapstraction Features: OpenSpace, Feature Matrix and Coverage

There have been a number of changes in the works that I finally pushed
out today. You can grab the updated JS at

- OpenSpace support - thanks to Colin for his work on adding this:

- FeatureMatrix - we''re still filling in the functionality, but here
is a preliminary matrix of the implementation of the various
providers. Obviously, this is not necessarily stating what the
features of the *provider* are, just the implementation in
Mapstraction. Any modifications to the feature matrix (or to
mapstraction.js) are welcome. We''ll also be modifying this as we move
to a better architecture.

- G-M-MQ-OSM coverage - if you haven''t seen it yet, I''ve
created some
thematic maps regarding provider map/geocoding/routing coverage based
on data I received from providers. If you have updates, or missing
information from other providers, please let me know. And yes, it''s
using OpenLayers - which has great support for loading in GeoJSON and
styling. Use appropriate tools for the job at hand. :)

There are numerous other IE fixes that many have committed. Please let
us know if any problems crop up.
