Nut upsuser - Dec 2022 - Compiling on Solaris 8 sparc - configure errors

So I don?t want to get too excited yet - but it actually looks like it?s
working.  I don?t get any connection errors from startup, I show a local socket,
and the remote nut shows the Sun machine as a client !

One thing I do notice (not the end of the world) - I get nothing in syslog for
upsmon now.  I had logs previously on the non-working builds?

I suppose I?ll test a shutdown to make sure the Sun machine behaves as expected.
I did remember to change SHUTDOWNCMD from the Linux command to the proper one
for Solaris.

Shutdown worked as expected !  I did an fsd on the primary and I immediately
heard the SS20 furiously clicking away doing a shutdown.
