If you have not figured it out yet, have you downloaded APC SNMP MIBS ?
Check this documentation :
http://net-snmp.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/TUT:Using_and_loading_MIBS
I prefer to have a dedicated user running SNMP checks and pull all required
SNMP MIBS not included by OS net-snmp package to "$HOME/.snmp/" .
