Hello What rules shall be used for a vpn that uses ppp and ssh?

Ok we put it as this...=20 I got 2 firewalls and i got a ppp connection between them, how do i setup shorewall to make rules that allows computers behind any of this firewalls to connect to the computers on the other side.
