Shorewall users - Aug 2002 - rfc1918 problem

Dear all,
 
I''ve shorewall installed with 2 NICs, and the external NIC uses fixed
IP
from ISP and the internal NIC uses 10.X.X.X/24 (rfc1918) IP. Recently, I
got complain from my ISP saying that they have been seeing  many packets
with 10.X.X.X reach their router..Hmm..I was surprised and qurious how
can this happen. My firewall is configured to masquerade all private IP
(10.X.X.X) from LAN to its'' external public IP.
 
Any idea which part I have misconfigured??

You don''t have both interfaces connected to one HUB/Switch do you?
