Shorewall users - Oct 2002 - cannot access one site

Hello,

this is probably OT, but can somebody check whether they can
access www.godaddy.com (ping or http)? One system
(shorewall-1.3.9b-1 on RH 8.0) cannot (packets go out,
but nothing returns). Other systems with similar configuration
and using the same ISP can access this site without problems.
ECN is disabled.
