Shorewall users - Dec 2002 - PPTPD - PopTop and Multiple Incoming Connections

I am experiencing a problem using PopTop and Shorewall v1.3x.
 
One incoming connection seems to work fine. The client system can ping
nodes on the LAN. This is what I want. The problem occurs when more that
one clients connect to the VPN. This first connected system works fine
as I just described but additional clients can''t ping LAN nodes. Is
there something I have misconfigured?
