Shorewall users - Dec 2002 - Problems with starting shorewall....

Hey Im trying to run shorewall 1.3.11 and I get the following error when I 
have configured.... and try to run

Adding Common Rules
iptables: No chain/target/match by that name
Terminated

So what should I do to fix this?
