That means the file frn20150906sq.min has ended up with a different gfid
(something like an inode number in gluster terminology) on both bricks.
You would need to examine the file on both bricks, decide which one to
keep and delete the other directly from the brick, including the
.glusterfs/<gfid-hardlink>
