Sharad,
The only thing that I can think of right now is the brick layout has been
zeroed out [or anomaly in the brick layout] on this particular brick. Would you
be able to send the brick xattr from all the nodes and missing file xattrs ?
Command for that would be "getfattr -m . -de hex <FILE_PATH>".
